About Us
Our family started Big Ben Coffee Shop in December of 2002. Our intentions were to have a fun place to help our four kids and their friends start their working careers. Within the first year of business we opened up a store in St. Joseph Hospital and Howard Community Hospital in Kokomo. Our kids have all moved on to their own careers, but we now have a granddaughter work with us!
Looking back over the past 20 years of coffee business, we are so grateful for God's direction in every decision we made. We are so thankful for the support from our wonderful customers, and it has been such a joy to work alongside so many great team members over the years. We can't wait to see where we go from here!
